The other night I went to see one of my favorite musicians, John Prine, perform and speak at the Library of Congress. You remember him as the guy who sings "Space Monkey" and "Dear Abby."
He was with a guy who is the head poet of the United States.
I thought it would be a really cool evening and it was. They talked about this quote from another songwriter.
