Dear Henry

There is a quote from this comedian Woody Allen where he says,

"Eighty percent of success is just showing up."

I think he got it wrong. Eighty percent of success is following up. I think I spend most my days following up on things. You say or ask for something once, and then you spend the rest of the week asking again and again and again until it gets done. That's my life lesson for today.
